  Mushroom Do Pyaza is  a semi dry flavorsome dish with the combination of button mushrooms , caramelized onions and spices. This  dish can be made with regular home masalas with in no time. This can be paired with tawa paratha, roti. INGREDIENTS

Lettuce - 1/2

Cherry Tomatoes - 5 to 10

Corn - 1/2 cup, cooked

Onion -1/2

Cucumber-1

Apple- 1

Carrot - 1 , grated

Pomegranate - 4 to 5 tbsp

For Dressing

Olive oil - 1 to 2 tbsp

Salt

Pepper -1/2 tsp

Lemon - 2 tbsp

Parmesan cheese(optional) - 1 tsp

How to make Vibrant Salad

In a bowl add lettuce, tomatoes, corn, onion, cucumber,  apple ,carrot

Add olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon

Toss them well

Garnish with pomegranate and parmesan cheese(optional)

Enjoy as lunch or dinner
