  Mushroom Do Pyaza is  a semi dry flavorsome dish with the combination of button mushrooms , caramelized onions and spices. This  dish can be made with regular home masalas with in no time. This can be paired with tawa paratha, roti. INGREDIENTS For Stir fry Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp Onion – 1 cubed Capsicum – Cubed For Gravy Oil   - 2tbsp Onion -1 , finely chopped Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Tomato – 1 , puree Turmeric powder– ¼ tspoon Chili powder – 1 tspoon Coriander powder – 1 tspoon Cumin powder – ½ tspoon Garam masala - 1/2 tspoon Mushroom – 250 g Salt Water Coriander leaves (optional) How to make Mushroom do pyaza Add oil in a pan. add onions and capsicum. Sauté until they turn soft and caramelized. Then remove to a plate. Add oil to the same pan.   Add onion. Sauté till it becomes translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till its raw smell goes.
